An exciting opportunity to work Deloitte WorldImpact. The principle focus of this role will be to lead on climate and sustainability reporting across the Asia Pacific (AP) Member Firm supporting Partner Firms (PF) through embedding standards frameworks, monitoring change, and reporting on our metrics. Part of the role will also be to ensure we remain compliant with regulatory reporting and external assurance.

■Responsibilities
This role will support the AP WorldImpact team to deliver our AP sustainability strategy, with a principle focus on sustainability reporting for the AP member firm. The role will report into the AP Internal Climate and Sustainability Leader.

・Run and optimize AP environmental data collection processes including but not limited to:
oReal Estate incl. tracking progress updates against our Better Buildings strategy; utilities consumption and waste production and recycling across our estate
oFleet re: % electrification of the owned vehicle fleet and use of personal vehicles
oTravel emissions
oSpend data for Purchase Goods and Services
oOffsets approach
・Create and manage advanced Power BI dashboards to enable the rapid provision of accurate environmental and societal data on request; benchmark performance (across AP and vs. our peers); track progress vs. targets; and flag trends.
・Develop models to forecast the 2045 net zero journey.
・Support the annual AP environmental and societal reporting cycle including liaising with AP PFs to ensure data completeness, checking/ cleansing data and supporting the external carbon assurance audit.
・Support with external audit readiness by helping to develop the guidelines for PFs, conducting our own check of the data, collecting evidence and filing accordingly.
・Create environmental and societal reports using the assured data, in the appropriate formats and to the required deadlines for our reporting obligations e.g. AP, and Global annual reports, 3rd party and regulatory reporting, bid support resources etc.
・Provide requirements to Global on the new GreenLight reporting platform and manage the AP implementation of the platform.
・Upload our environmental data to the DTTL carbon management platform each year; and respond to all data-related DTTL requests for reporting e.g. RE100, ISO, TCFD
・Manage the offsets and renewable energy credit purchasing.
・Support the development of the AP Maturity Matrix with PFs and lead new quarterly progress reviews of the AP Maturity Matrix (tracking progress vs. Net Zero, Operate Green, Empowerment and Ecosystems across geographies).
・Engage with AP functional teams and PFs to offer advice on data-related sustainability matters, as required.
・Create best practice guidance and tools for key areas of operational sustainability (real estate, energy and water, waste and resources), to enable AP colleagues to deliver Operate Green requirements in their PF. Act as subject-matter expert, adviser and point of reference for these subjects across PF.
・Respond to ad-hoc requests for data and support, incl. bid support and comms.
・Perform any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, the title of the post and its grading.

登録資格 ■Qualifications & Skills
・Strong data management skills; experience in data analytics, data manipulation and reporting/dashboard creation essential
・Energetic, enthusiastic, a passion for sustainability and a willingness to rapidly develop technical sustainability skills
・Methodical and organised approach to planning, implementation and record keeping for all activities with a high level of attention to detail
・Strategic thinking capability i.e. being able to connect the dots and spot future trends and opportunities
・Advanced Microsoft Office skills – particularly on PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI – with the ability to create high quality and impactful deliverables
・Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships based on mutual trust and respect, and engage confidently in meetings
・Ability to work primarily within a small/virtual team environment
