The AP WorldImpact team are responsible for the definition and delivery of internal sustainability (WorldClimate) and societal impact programmes (WorldClass) throughout our AP business. The team report to the AP CPPO and into the AP WorldImpact Council as the governing body. We pull together the aggregate picture for WorldImpact so that we have one consolidated programme rather than many disparate initiatives.

Our role is to coordinate climate, sustainability, and societal impact practices across AP; to set standards for internal policies and procedures; to work with local firm leads to ensure we deliver our net zero and societal investment targets; share best practice; and report to DTTL and AP Executive on consolidated AP progress.

Location: Based in any Asia Pacific geographies (also allow Work from Home)

■Responsibilities
he WorldImpact S&O Senior Manager will report into the AP Internal Climate and Sustainability Leader and will lead on the following:

Societal Investment
•Work with firms across Asia Pacific to revise the strategies for societal investment, including:
o Explore cross-border volunteering/pro bono
o High impact partnering e.g., Indigenous groups, co-client impact
•Oversee all SI reporting, internal controls, and data integrity for external assurance
•Work with firms to systematize SI reporting of futures and impact
•Be the point of contact for AP firms to answer SI related queries and be the conduit with Deloitte Global

Climate
•Work closely with the AP WorldClimate teams to develop, implement and oversee common procedures in support of our WorldClimate objectives
•Work in partnership with AP firms, business units and internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainability opportunities are maximized. Key stakeholders include:
o Estates re: the real estate strategy and the implementation of green leases
o Projects re: ensuring environmental and wellbeing standards are met in our office refurbishments
o Facilities re: the identification and delivery of energy efficiency, water reduction and waste reduction and recycling opportunities across our estate, alongside our Facilities Managers, sub-contractors (e.g. caterers), and relevant third parties (e.g. landlords)
o Fleet re: electrification of the owned vehicle fleet and personal vehicles
o Travel re: accurate reporting of travel data and policies
o IT re: sustainable procurement and zero-waste to landfill
o Procurement re: accurate reporting of spend data, identification of “high sustainability risk” tenders and mitigations; and interaction with strategic suppliers
o Finance re: the creation of business cases/ budget requests
o Client-facing teams and Clients & Industries re: Low Carbon Engagements and ecosystem plays

登録資格 ■Qualifications
•ESG experience essential – ideally +5 years
•Energetic, enthusiastic, a passion for sustainability and a willingness to rapidly develop technical sustainability skills
•Strong data management skills; experience in data analytics desired
•Strategic thinking capability i.e. being able to connect the dots and spot future trends and opportunities
•Advanced Microsoft Office skills – particularly on PowerPoint, Excel – with the ability to create high quality and impactful deliverables
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships based on mutual trust and respect, and engage confidently in meetings
•Ability to work primarily within a small/virtual team environment
